Villa Bella Donna lux is located in a complex of detached houses with a large garden area and communal pool, the Villa has private access from the street.
On the main floor we discover a large living room with dining area for 8 people, living area with Smart Tv and fully equipped kitchen, from the living room we go out to a large terrace, garden, chill out area and a great private jacuzzy that will make the nights in front of the sea unforgettable moments, we also have barbecue and dining area.
On the first floor is our exclusive suite with king size bed, dressing room and private bathroom, you can also enjoy your private terrace facing the sea.
2 bedrooms with double beds and bathroom with large shower. On the upper floor we have the large loft and play area, perfect for children with single beds.
Don’t worry about parking, on the property there is parking for 2 cars and bicycles with direct access to the Villa.

The property is located near some of the best restaurants in Lloret de Mar with a Mediterranean gastronomy with local produce and the terrace with the best views of the Costa Brava.

CONTRACT AND TERMS

From Lux Houses Experience we want to thank you for the trust placed in us for your next vacation. Our entire team works with the hope that you will have an unforgettable stay and experience.
We are at your disposal for any questions you may need for your next vacation. We can help you hire unique experiences at the destination, such as catamaran outings, visits to wineries, private chef, … Do not hesitate to ask us about our services!
We are pleased to detail below the conditions of the contract between you and our company LUX HOUSES EXPERIENCE – ANNLUX HOUSES, S.L. with CIF B67408997.
1.- The agreed price includes:
– rental of the reference property for the contracted period – the property is equipped and furnished as it appears in the web description (does not include the local tourist tax)
– bed sheets and shower towels, as well as Wi-Fi service in the property
– 2 complete sets of keys, which must be returned on the day of departure
2.- The obligations of the tenant are:
– occupy the house without exceeding the number of people stated in the reservation
– leave the furniture as it was when it was delivered to the entrance (both in a state of conservation and in the distribution of furniture)
– leave the rubbish in the containers outside the property.
– clean up the kitchen, leave it in correct condition as well as wash the cutlery, dishes and equipment and place them in their corresponding place
– do not hold parties or events and respect the quiet hours at night
A deposit of 400 euros will be held through the bank card as a security deposit at the time of entry and will be returned within 7 calendar days after the guest’s departure, if the house rules are respected.
